We’re a small kayak base on the south side of Gam Island — a partnership with local guides from Raja Ampat.
From the base you can rent a stable double kayak by the half or full day and paddle Gam Bay at your own pace, or join a full day out with a local guide. The bay is naturally sheltered, and the good stuff starts close to the base — mangrove channels, karst walls, hidden lagoons and reefs, most of it within an easy paddle.
No engine, no wake, no fuel — just paddles. That’s the whole idea: a quiet, low-key way to see a place most people only pass by.

Yudris
Yudris is an essential part of the local team at our Kapisawar base. If you paddle with us, there’s a good chance she’s one of the people who meets you at our base.

You’ll find us right next to Binnbetew Homestay in Kapisawar village, on Gam Island — walking distance from most homestays around Kapisawar and Sawinggrai. Open daily 07:00–18:00 WIT.
A few things we hold to.
- Local knowledge
- Our guides are from here. They read the wind and tide before you launch, and pick water that suits how your group paddles.
- Honest advice
- If the sea isn't right, we say so and move your day. We'd rather tell you straight than send you out into a bad crossing.
- A personal reply
- No booking engine and no prepayment. You send a date; a person answers, usually the same day.
- No motor
- Every paddle is human-powered — no engine, no fuel, no noise. You hear the bay, not a motor.
- Local livelihoods
- It’s a partnership with local guides from Raja Ampat — every rental supports local livelihoods.
